Join us for a special class in which Kristen will discuss how to manage the body's response to stress effectively and safely without reverting to addictive habits. An inner knowing and ability to heal exists within each of us. This class will share a meditative practice to cultivate your inner healer using breath, essential oils, and tea, with the goal of self-empowerment for developing your own practice.
Class facilitator: Kristen is a former Physician Assistant and certified yoga instructor (NACYT), who left medicine to breath life into her vision of cultivating compassion in health care professionals. She does this through sharing her passion and knowledge of holistic modalities, empowering individuals to fine their inner healer through self-love and compassion.
