Starting simple with #parsvakonasana but this challenge will get much harder💪 Not that side angle pose is easy, the quads are burning and it gets wobbly if you change your gaze and look up, especially with hand not on the ground😲

Second part of my morning backbending practice from Friday✨
.
I couldn’t force myself to do anything in the morning. I woke up after a very short sleep (which is 6 hours for me), gave our cats some food and then I had a terrible diarrhea (I know TMI, but you wanted food updates! that means my digestion too) and my apple watch had again a notification of high heart rates during my sleep, that I didn’t feel and slept through.. This was the third time. Today just for 20 minutes😬
.
Maybe I will gather the energy to go for an evening yin class by @kieanashir ♥️
.
But on the other hand, I finally decided with whom I want to do my yoga alliance certification🙌 I registered for the @bryceyoga TT and I can’t wait to do it😳 Also I will be very poor, the following months and maybe even after🤦‍♀️

Diet update: I went to mensa today and the lady in front of me had the same thing (chicken breast with cheese and spinach on top, alone and sad, on a big plate and then a tiny plate with a huge amount of salat just magically not falling to the side😂)
.
Also god bless avocados - but still living in Europe means, they sometimes tell you they are out and you have to have just a regular salat😭
.
My sleep is on and off - today I woke up in the middle of the night with my heart racing, but my cardiogram app says everything was in order🤔
.
It’s now a whole week, that I started this😳 But I am still such a beginner in what I can and what I should eat.. I often forget that I need to add oils or fat everywhere - I’ve never done that, and I don’t recommend it if you are eating a lot (= normal amount) of carbohydrates😬 Because that is just overkilling it with calories🙅
.
And the more I am doing it, the more I realize, that you either eat low carbs, or you eat cakes (sugar, sweets..) - there is no middle ground🙈
.
According to our mensa plan <3 - your average dessert will have ~50 grams of carbs => the max amount for the rest of the day = insulin spiking like hell = confusion for the pankreas and for the liver and everything basically.. and you still will eat some carbohydrates during the rest of the day (because you should, with every meal)🤷‍♀️

Trying to nail this pose🤔 I have still long way to go, but I keep this photo because I can compare it later to see the progress💁

I had to bring the water jug with me, because Emo keeps nudging it until it falls on its side and I still wanted to drink the rest of the water after my practice🙌😅

Food diary: I am not used to cook (at all!!!) More than half the time I eat in restaurants and in our lovely mensa at my work (at least there all the food has written carbs in the menu😲♥️♥️♥️ so I can pick up always something fish or chicken, and have a salat with it)
.
However going to a restaurant is the real challenge🙈 So far I will try to do the same - picking up a meat/fish meal and keeping away from rice, potatoes - rather mixing it with a side salat💁
.
So far I had a small salat with chicken one day, then fish with salad (without potatoes) and and extra grilled yellow bell pepper and eggplant the other day, and today today a chicken kari (the sauce was probably full off carbs but I didn’t eat it for the most part) with pineapple and other vegetables and again a avocado and sprouts as a side🙌
.
I think I am getting further away from keto with all this unknown food😳 But it is a process of learning and correcting, still motivated to not eat any obvious carbs out there (bread, pasta, potatoes and just one fruit per day sometimes, not even a whole one.. avoiding the obvious things like banana..)
.
And adding olive oil into everything I prepare at home (I need to buy some coconut oil too! So far I have one almost empty that I used just instead for the skin😂)
.
To sum up, we fail to learn more and every process takes some time😊 If you have any suggestions what I can do better, feel free to write them down! I am hungry (pun intended) for everything you have to say!♥️

I loved the time spent with @sarahticha in our homeland Slovakia♥️

And squeezing this into a very busy day was extra productive🙌

I feel more and more attracted to this country, after I am not living there🤔 I appreciated all the places in Bratislava, where we were shooting much more than Vienna, because unsurprisingly there were much less tourists😅
.
But I love Vienna too😊 Every city and country has its advantages and disadvantages🤷‍♀️

Throwback to the Alps mountains♥️

Keto diet update: First I thought it’s impossible to cut the carbs so low.. But I am feeling super weird, and after today’s strange night - I was actually sleeping through the increased heart rate😳 - I decide I have to stick with it at least for a month, because that’s how long it really takes according to some website, to reach ketosis and maybe overcome a possible keto flu (if it comes)
.
That one should feel like a real flu - muscle weakness, bone pain, feeling cold. And afterwards the surge of energy should come💁 The body finally managing to be on fat metabolism mostly😁
.
However, I’ve read, some people will still feel like 💩 even weeks after and this strict diet is not for everyone🤔
