🌞 releasing pelvis floor just as important as engagement. Wide leg squats (second position pliés) are a great place to engage and hug PF while straightening legs up; full release while bending. Here #pilatesreformer variation engage PF and hug sitting bones as you bend knee. Release completely to straighten leg.

16 ~ QL (Quadratus Lumborum) Issues ~ A weak or chronically tight QL 👿 can be the main cause of that stabbing 🔪🔪 aching, fall to the floor pain in the back 😡 QL issues can cause spinal compression, postural dysfunction 🚶‍♀️did we mention that DAMN pain?? AND MORE! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

🔑 tiptoes for stability challenge. 🔑 back ribs absolutely directly over sacrum. 🔑 if ribs want to displace forward you know one or both WL are weak or not mind body connected. 🔑 is one arm harder? Send your focus to left and then right QL. Are each of them firing equally? Can you feel a difference from one side to the other? 🔑 use the mini fitness circle @balanced_body to press outvand engage lateral muscles- make sure both legs press equally!
