Pro Tips:
😍 press hands and feet firmly into box and footbar. Use all the tiny little muscles hands and feet to give foundation of strength 😍 abs in and up while also lifting through thoracic spine and upper back muscles. This will keep chest open 😍squeeze that #fitball for #pelvicfloor #innerthighworkout and stability. Especially when you lift one leg up. Major burn and the ball squeeze will help tremendously if you are asymmetrical @mat.pilates this is for you and me! 😍triceps dips- bend elbows only an inch to start so you can focus on keeping shoulder blades gliding down into back pockets throughout.

These standing Leg Pumps with self tactile cues help engage deep core muscles as well as work with balanced muscle engagement. Pro Tips: πŸ€“stand tall pressing firmly into all four corners of support foot. πŸ€“ engage back chain of muscles from hamstrings through #glutesonfire through lower, middle and upper back. πŸ€“ vary spring resistance to challenge balance (light springs) or strength (heavier springs). πŸ€“ use self tactile cues pictured in video to gain feedback on proper alignment and also to encourage activation of correct muscles. Walking - we do it every day πŸ‘£ one of the most natural movements for humans and animals. But what happens when this activity of daily life becomes painful, burdensome and challenging. This has been my experience for the last few years. Walking (and even standing) are often painful experiences. I have to think about every little micro movement to avoid pain. πŸ”‘ press into #magiccircle or #fitball to engage deep core and lift through #pelvicfloor πŸ”‘zip up adductors/inner thighs visualizing inner ankle bone up to pubic bone. πŸ”‘ advanced option add a twist keeping glutes firing in order to maintain hips square and stable. πŸ”‘ 8 reps press out. 8 reps twist towards footbar. 8 reps twist towards back of Reformer. πŸ”‘ listen to verbal cues

My abs are still burning from this one. After changing strap to other leg repeat facing the other direction. Each side works the lateral Sling meaning one legs abductors and glute med with the other legs adductors. And those abdominals- pure fire πŸ”₯. Let me know how you like this one. Np #reformer ??
