Lemon Bloob Almond Overnight Oats ๐Ÿ˜ In honour of London Marathon Iโ€™m tucking into my favourite oaty breakfast. This bowl is packed with slow releasing energy, the perfect pre or post-run refuel. Itโ€™s also good for busy mornings, as itโ€™s a grab and go breakfast - just make the night before and take out the fridge in the morning! LAMB LOVE ๐Ÿ˜ Today I cuddled and bottle fed a newborn lamb and it was absolutely incredible ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Since going plant based my compassion for animals has gone through the roof. Constantly in awe of our beautiful home ๐ŸŒ Iโ€™ve had the most incredible weekend in the Peak District and the most incredible year as a @visitengland ambassador ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ I honestly love England. As a Yorkshire girl Iโ€™ve been born and raised in the countryside, spending my weekends hiking across the moors and paddling in streams. Honestly, it doesnโ€™t get much better than a sunny day in the British countryside ๐ŸŒณ This morning we did a 16 mile bike ride along Monsal trail followed by a leisurely lunch at @hassopstation, an afternoon adventure at @heightsofabraham, a spontaneous hike through the Peaks and a cheeky cuddle with a lamb ๐Ÿ‘ Right now I am honestly the most relaxed and flexible Iโ€™ve ever been with my training and I love the freedom it is giving me. Staying fit doesnโ€™t just mean ploughing away in the gym, it can be whatever makes your soul happy. Whether thatโ€™s cycling through stunning national parks or running up a country lane ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Health is happiness and if your training doesnโ€™t make you happy, please donโ€™t be afraid to mix it up โค๏ธ #visitengland #peakdistrict #uniquedistrict #ad

Hill Workout ๐Ÿ’ฆ This morning @sguests and I did a quick cardio blast on the road outside our @peakvenues country cottage ๐ŸŒณ โžก๏ธ Person 1: run up the hill and back โžก๏ธ Person 2: complete 15 lunges and 15 squats, as many rounds as you can before your partner gets back โžก๏ธ Switch! Repeat until you have both ran up the hill five times โœ… Our Hill was pretty damn long so five rounds was plenty!
