Warmed up with 50 body kicks with each leg, went into 5 - 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag, and ended with 10 rounds of burpees and speed kicks πŸ₯‹

DISCLAIMER: It's a completely different story if you're lifting 600 some lbs and bouncing it for reps. There's no cheating 600lbs. Props to you if you're lifting that much weight.

Boxing... done. 245 lbs and doing cardio 6 times a week. Maintaining fullness and strength while doing extensive cardiovascular activity requires A LOT of calories... so for dinner... sushi πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€πŸšπŸ£πŸœ
