Don’t focus so much on weight and dress size, focus on how your clothes fit and how you feel. Left I was much lighter and in a size 8, right i’m heavier and a good size 10! But I feel so much better with healthy muscle formation and curves. It should be noted that also in the right photo I was on stage so was at my leanest ....... I’m now heavier and fuller but still have low body fat, good muscle tissue and fill my clothes in the right places as a lady should πŸ˜œπŸ‘πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻
