Long day of shooting...but for a few minutes, I got it made in the shade!

Geeking out right now - my birth story is live on @thebirthhour podcast!
I listened to every single episode when I was pregnant - many twice! Host @brynhuntpalmer interviews women about their birth stories - what they planned, what really happened and what they learned that might help other women. It's an amazing resource and frankly was better than any birth book I read because the stories were so honest and real.
We planned for a hypnobirth - yes that really is a thing and my husband was such a champ to take all the classes even though that kind of new age stuff is not his style! He learned to be a hypnotizing MVP thanks to @hibabykailua! But our plans went out the window when #BabyKayaJ decided to turn into a breech position at 36 weeks.
