Story time: Sooooo, earlier today, I started reorganizing this badass @blackdiamond Creek Transit bag that I picked up the other day from @edgeworks_climbing, when all of a sudden it dawned on me: I had every single key ingredient required to take a decent flat lay gear photo. Usually, I roll my eyes into the ninth dimension whenever I see one of these photos, just due to how sheerly derivative they can be; I spent a solid ten minutes talking shit about them. I then proceeded to spend the next hour preparing this photo (I may or may not have taken a considerate hit off that @therealbrassknucklesog_ pen); it was like one of those 3x3 sliding square puzzles with eight squares that you constantly have to adjust to get right. When all was said and done, I guess I can admit I was kind of stoked about it. So, I apologize for talking shit about people’s gear photos. I love you all. ❤️🤙🏼❤️ P.S. Yes, that is an original @markysparkytoys doinkit. No, I’m not a baby.
Hi friends, hi family; I’ve been on a bit of a social media sabbatical since the fire, mostly due to being overwhelmed by life in general. A lot has happened in the past month and some change, and an update video is coming very soon to fill everyone in as to the events that have transpired. I just want to say thank you to everyone for your continue love and support; my heart is so full of warmth and gratitude.
Earlier today, our home, and everything important to us, went up in flames in downtown San Diego. We’re in shock, homeless, clothesless, you name it, we don’t have it. What we do have are our lives, and our little nerd Shibby, for which I’m infinitely grateful. Rough times are undoubtedly up ahead; I’ve started a gofundme, the link is in the bio. Any little bit helps. Thank you so much ❤️
