6th wk into the current cut. Decided to maintain the calories at 2100 with increased training frequency. So far felt good overall n no dramatic drop in strength. Body measurement shrinking everywhere. Overall this cut feels a lot easier than the last one. Don't feel fatigue or excessive hunger although I do need a lot more sleep. Been 4 wks into the cut. Lost about 2.5kg so far. Calories down from 3000Kcal to 2200Kcal but still feeling good n not much weaker in the gym. Been doing 5 day workout split instead of 4 n cutting down single session volume to control fatigue. The only thing I felt the drastic difference about the calorie intake is that I need A LOT MORE sleep. @primalmealprep grilled jerk chicken breast + chicken rice chili paste = my Hainanese Chicken during a cut.
1.The sous vide chicken breast is so tender that I don't even feel that I'm dieting.
2. The hainanese chicken chili paste is macro friendly as it's v low fat
3. Volumize my rice with lotsa vege, flavored it w/ korean bibigo sauce
4. Wash them all down w #pepsilight
