You are the master of your results | energy matters.
If you've ever found yourself blaming other more for how you feel, an unfavourable outcome, the ending of a relationship, etc...you get to take a step back and be accountable for those results. Sometimes it may be them, and sometimes it is you. And in taking true ownership of the "It's me" and asking how your energy or thoughts contributed to your results, than real change can occur.

During workouts, keep rest periods short between sets.
Particularly during strength training, shorter rest periods less than a minute support increasing your endurance.
_
Alter your food intake to 80% plant-based.
Your meals could be composed of mostly veggies, limited fruit (more so for snacks), a plant-based carb such as quinoa, and protein the size of your palm. The purpose: increase your plant foods in your life = lower caloric intake and healthier fiber sources.

Make your own natural hand sanitizer.
Or purchase a natural one.
If you haven't the research by noq, the active ingredients in conventional sanitizers are triclosan and triclocarban aren't more effective in ridding you of germs than products without it. They may also cause allergies, impaired reproduction, and hormone disruption.
DIY Hand Sanitizer
4 ounce spray bottle
2 tablespoons 100% aloe vera gel (without all the additives)
1 tablespoon 100% witch hazel
20 drops of clove, eucalyptus, lemon, and/or lavender oil (combined drops)
20 drops tea tree oil
Combine and fill rest of bottle with filtered or distilled water.

In this particular bowl, for the blended portion includes all organic ingredients :
One one side
Avocado
Sunflower butter
Honey
Coocnut aloe water

One berry side
Frozen wild blueberries
Acai
Coconut aloe water
Dried cherries
Dried apricot
Tumeric + black pepper
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Honey
Blend all the above in desired texture. Some ppl like smoother while others may like chuckier. If you like the latter, pulse in a blender a few times.

Topped off my bowl:
Blackberries
Blueberries

Let's start on a healthier note.
Dear Monday, I will conduct you. You will not conduct me.
What do you need in your life to ground your spirit and to propel you ahead in your journey?

Sometimes, I'm not an efficient planner when it comes to outlining my day and plans. There is something that feels rigid and stiff in having a set outline outside of meetings and appointments. Then I realized it was me...creating excuses to not live up to my highest self. I can have spontaneity, which is how this photo even happened, and organization. Anc I can also have daily discipline and order.
_
While the room may look like colorful chaos, it is orderly and everything has a place...a system. @mrjamallucas has lectured me to no end about having a system. He's into the details of life as any healthy Virgo would. And he is correct. When I have a system, a planned series of habits I can effectively execute, I feel accomplished, like I'm adulting well, and that I'm clear-minded for the day ahead. And the rest of the universe follows suit. .

Your feelings, emotions, well-being are a priority....for you. To take care of your needs insures you are available to support others because your mental and physical wellbeing has been satisfied.
You matter.
You are loved.

Plan and schedule hourly physical movements.
Put reminders on your calendar to move or do an activity every hour to escape being sedentary. Go for a walk, do desk exercises, and takeing stairs to another floor are just some activities you can schedule.

Incorporate eating seasonal and local foods.
By chhosing veggies and fruits that are seasonal/local, your ensuring getting them at their peak nutritional benefits and best flavor since they haven't traveled thousands of miles to get there.
_
Bring your own bag when shopping.
This may be a repeat but so worth repeating. Skip the plastic and the paper bag options by brining your own bag for all shopping needs: food and clothing.
If less than 1% of plastic bags are recycled every year, then that means they end up in landfills, where they account for 11% of collected garbage.

I went to see #infinitymirrors last minute after seeing Demetria post it and was like I have to go. And made it happen within an hour. Sourced random people to be my photographer after geeking out for a few minutes. I was committed to being in that space because it is a reflection of my life: Colorful, not always appearing to have a rhyme or reason but it comes together in the end, and there is still time|space to add memorable moments.

Opt out of drama and chaos.
When I travel, I usually opt out of going through the body scanner. And in my last opt out, I realized I can opt of of drama and chaos....created by myself or anyone else. It is simply a choice to make and invite clean energy into my space. You attract what you create.

Go workout in a park if weather permits.
Walk, run, jump, skip, do yoga, calisthenics. Be out and about in nature.
_
Eat orange colored foods and spices.
We want our keep out vision sharp with beta-carotene enriched foods.
_
Only make purchases on the basics.
Basics=food and toilet paper (eco if available). Skip new clothing and non-essential where applicable.

Did you know that 30 minutes of gardening can increase flexibility, decrease blood pressure, decrease cholesterol levels, slow down osteoporosis, and lower risk for diabetes.

The National Institute of Health lists gardening for 30 - 45 minutes as moderate exercise comparable to biking 5 miles in 30 minutes or walking 2 miles.
_
Make sure you are doing a combo of tasks from pulling non-edible weeds, shoveling, planting...do it all to get the most benefit.
_
And make sure you wear natural sunscreen to protect your skin.
