This is the same bowl from earlier with additions.
In this particular bowl, for the blended portion includes all organic ingredients :
Frozen wild blueberries (uncertified org)
Blend all the above in desired texture. Some ppl like smoother while others may like chuckier. If you like the latter, pulse in a blender a few times.
Topped off my bowl:
