A little self-care reminder for myself and anyone who could use it. Write it down in commitment so it can manifest.

This week:

Get obsessive and perfect the details in your life that matter.
All of the ones that have you function day to day and make you smile...and the details that matter.

Acknowledge a stranger.
Smile. Say hello. Something. Someone will appreciate you for it.

Drink warm water with lemon or apply cider vinegar in the am.
2 tablespoons of lemon or apple cider.
The biggest allie in this process is water. Water first thing in the am aids in flushing and rehydating your system from a night of fasting. Both lemon and acv may support in improving digestion.
_
Turn water off when brushing teeth, washing hands, etc.
5 gallons of water get wasted a day just from running water during tasks

There is always a lot of noise pollution in our worlds. From people in our lives to our phones constantly ringing and even use talking to much. Oversharing and under-listening.
At least once a day every day, stop, drop everything, and clear the clutter, even if it is for a few seconds. Listen for your inner voice trying to share with you something you may have missed or overlooked. You may discover newness in the moment.

Create pure connections and intentions.
Not everything or everyone has to be an opportunity or networking. Moving without expectation may foster deeper meaning and bonds.

Prioritize sleeping by getting a minimum of 7 hours.
Yep. Simple as that. Sleep in if you can. Your body will love you.

Donate a bag of clothing.
Get an early start on removing the clutter

In this particular bowl, for the blended portion includes all organic ingredients :
Frozen wild blueberries (uncertified org)
Frozen raspberries
Kale
Spirulina
Banana
Chia seeds
Peanut butter
Coconut water

Blend all the above in desired texture. Some ppl like smoother while others may like chuckier. If you like the latter, pulse in a blender a few times.

Topped off my bowl:
Bananas
Mango
Fresh figs
Strawberries
Shredded coconut
Goji granola
Bee pollen
Peanut butter

Figs, a member of the mulberry family, are a good source of potassium, a mineral that helps to control blood pressure.
It's also a good source of fiber, manganese, Vitamins A, C, B6, K, magnesium, calcium and thiamine.
Some studies have shown figs to be a good source of treatment for anemia, cancer, diabetes, leprosy,liver disease, paralysis, skin diseases, ulcers, gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract infections.
