I usually do my #practice in the hot South Florida weather, but since we’re spending a few days in cold Virginia for #Thanksgiving, I thought I would have to put on a lot of layers to stay warm and only do some light stretching.
Luckily I have this nice fire to keep me toasty so I can go into Bhuja-Pīḍāsana and other similar postures that require more heat for me to be able to do them.

I had a great time working with her today in preparation for the upcoming #workshop we’ll be teaching together at @kramayogainstitute.
We crafted a 3 hour session where we will focus on many different #inversion variations.

I am finally regaining control in the press up to #handstand. The movement is far from perfect, but these results definitely motivate me to stay consistent.
