How alive are your feet? Our feet keep us grounded, help us stand, walk, balance, jump, play, etc., but how often do we give them the attention they deserve? We might roll them with a golf/lacrosse ball, but what about teaching the nervous system how to STRENGTHEN and CONTROL the intrinsic muscles of the feet? Try some of these drills on your own, and see how you do. No need to beat yourself up if you can't do them. Be patient and compassionate with yourself.

⚫ Lift and spread the toes
⚫ Big toes ONLY lift off the floor
⚫ Little toes ONLY lift off the floor
⚫ Big toes ONLY touches down
⚫ Little toes ONLY touches down
⚫ Lift heels as high as you can and hold
⚫ If these drill are challenging try simply taking your shoes off and moving your toes however you can.
