I can't help it I'm seriously passionate about healthy food! It's sparks my creative flame, feeds my body...YES, but it also feeds my spirit. Food that's not processed and all organic, made by our hands and comes from mother nature herself, that's the type of food I call SOUL FOOD. If we can cut out dairy, meat and processed food we'll see our energy shift, our consciousness rise, our bodies transform and our health increase. I was vegan for two years and then slowly added back dairy and then once I was pregnant I added back in meat. Convenience definitely plays a huge role in what we decide to consume but don't be fooled into believing that eating off the land is more expensive. I've been on both sides and I have NO judgment. Eat what you want to eat… Eat what you feel serves you best. However if you are wanting to feel different (tired of brain fog, extra weight, sluggish, sleepy, headaches, cravings, the list goes on...) I can attest firsthand that being on a vegan and gluten-free, pesticide free non-processed diet feels different and it feels AMAZING. Let food be thy medicine.
