Yoga connects, Instagram connects, so let’s combine them with this 6 day IG challenge for two. Find a partner to pair up with and show us #YogisInHarmony. Each duo pose photo is your own interpretation of the day’s theme. And your creativity can spill over into your copy as well! Tell us about your connection to the day’s theme or about how you arrived at the photo. We want to hear from you. Remember to hashtag your entries with #YogisInHarmony.
APR 23: GOT YOUR BACK.
(Friends are always there for each other, right?! Maybe do a pose involving either showing your backside or backbends, you decide how creative to be!)
APR 24: IT TAKES 2 TO TANGO. (This is a dance category, and you could show cooperation. However you see it!)
APR 25: LIFT ONE ANOTHER.
(It is always nice to have the support of a friend. Perhaps one person is hoisted in a pose?)
APR 26: TOGETHER WE SOAR.
(Working together makes us stronger. How about an acro yoga pose?)
APR 27: STICKING TOGETHER. (Friends stick together thru thick and thin. We’ll be looking for a combo / create-a-shape pose.)
APR 28: TEAMMATES TO THE FINISH LINE.
(This is the final pose. Maybe you describe how commitment to yourself and seeing things thru is always enhanced when you have a friend to join you?!) So take this week to find your partner and be ready to post each of the dates listed. Also, check each host on those dates to see what we came up with for the category. You are welcome to do exactly the same pose or make up one of your own!
