I struggled a lot with pincha lately and just couldn't get any hang time at all.
So I thought maybe I should start @hiittoinvert again 🤔 and 1 workout later this happens.
I don't know what @tiny.kirsty and @heatherlynn.fit did but this e-book is magical 😄

I did pincha every day this week but nothing really happened and I was too lazy to edit the videos tbh 🙈😂

#thursdaywesplit with our #thursdayssplitcrew and I'm so happy I managed to join again. Had two very busy weeks with little to no practice and neglected my hips after 🙈 I'm actually surprised I got my bum to the floor on the 'good' side.

Day 4 of #SummerSelfLove is lizard pose. As I said the other day I neglected my hips a lot lately and so they really thanked me for lizard. .

Day 8 #onmyjourneytopincha with @k.e.o.w.i
I was so tired and felt so happy that I was really surprised it went so good. My abs where strong but my shoulders were so weak. I think I would've gotten some serious hang time if my shoulders were less tired.
But I'm not gonna complain, it actually makes me looking forward to today's practice 😍❤️

Do you know those days when you're annoyed by everything and anything when in fact you're most annoyed with yourself? When you just don't feel right and even your down dog feels weak and heavy? Today was one of those days for me. And somehow it just got worse when I got on my mat. But! I'm glad I practiced a bit and started this challenge on time 😊
I don't know why my arms always look broken but I don't really care anymore at this point.
It's just how it is 😄
So enough negativity, this is day one of #SummerSelfLove so I'm gonna love myself now by snuggle up on the couch with my hubby, watching supernatural 😍.
