Reworking conventional deadlifts. I haven't worked conventional regularly in a while. Keeping it light and simple, dialing in form. Still have some stuff to work on with my lower back. But progress is happening.
I feel like my back is a weak point for me on all 3 competition lifts. As soon as my neck/back will allow it, I'll be focusing on back development for the majority of the rest of the year. Let's hope I see some growth in this weeny posterior soon.
