Completed #bodybossmethod Cycle 1 Week 3. Sort of mess up with the workout schedule this round, as it was time of the month for Day 1 workout and I was too tired to do too intense #workout. Therefore, I skipped two days. I skipped the Tuesday recovery workout and Thursday cardio. I guess it's fine as I had Zumba classes on Wednesday and Friday, enough for the cardio, I guess?
