The reason you do.. are those “ENDORPHINS” that also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. (Wait, WHAT) lol..
.
Yes, for example, the feeling that follows a run or workout is often described as "EUPHORIC."
.
It’s that same feeling, known as a "runner's high", which can be accompanied by a positive and energizing outlook on life.
.
However, this kind of HIGH is a good thing to chase and that’s why this Fitness Lifestyle is the best addiction anyone can have.
.
No need to compete, do photo shoots, or have an event of any kind... simply use the gym and fitness as your OUTLET.
.
It should never be seen as “DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE GYM TODAY” rather we all should look at our gym time / fitness as “YES, I GET TO GO TO THE GYM TODAY” 🙏🏼

You guys ever catch yourself saying this?
.
I know I personally do TBH with you all. It’s a tough one, we all want MORE for ourselves! But don’t forget to enjoy the ride!
.
If you are competitive by nature like myself, you’ll never be truly satisfied until you WIN or accomplish all your goals.
.
But being someone who has been training for example 15+ years I’m never truly DONE! Once I obtain one goal there is always another to chase, RIGHT?
.
So the reality is that we can’t be the ones to say “I’ll BE HAPPY WHEN” all the time. WHY NOT...
.
Well the answer is because then we’ll always be truly UNHAPPY! We will always have new goals and new things we seek to accomplish.
.
I say see each one of our goals,m we’ve accomplished as a way to be happy to remember how far we come!! When I look back to where I was first starting lifting 15 years ago till now, or when i first started competing 6years ago till now.
.
Those things make me happy 100%. Those things fuel me to keep bettering myself and always do my best to give back to others!
.
Those two things betting oneself, and helping others is what I’ve come to find makes me truly HAPPY and feel accomplished!
.

Orlando was fun, but I do love being back home. Enjoying my normal morning ritual first FASTED CARDIO then my WYCKED CAKES!

Many who follow me know this is a staple of my daily routine why might you ask?
.
Well yes I enjoy my morning endorphins and sweets or “Cakes” have always been something I’ve craved since i was a child.
.
So I’ve now made it a like a game for myself.. if I want my CAKES, gotta earn them first.
.
If I want them, then FASTED CARDIO comes first! No Cardio, no Cakes! Simple🤓
.
This is one of the many things that’s keeps me going day to day / week to week!
.

YOUUUU guys all know that feeling of “SUPERMAN” mid way through your gym session? You know when those endorphins kick in!

Yeaaaaa, so do I. It’s basically that greatest feeling in the world, almost indescribable right?
.
Which is why for those of you.. who QUESTION.
.
You know who you are.. those that look at us, and be like “WHY DO YOU GO TO THE GYM?
.
Yessss, for those of you who QUESTION our motives. It really quite simple if you ask me.
.
I’m an ENDORPHIN chaser, and for those who of you who question us.. I don’t truly believe you’ve ever experienced one of the greatest feelings in the world. UNFORTUNATELY!
.
That’s right ENDORPHINS! How do you earn them, by “SWEAT EQUITY” and working for it!
.
It’s one of the most self gratifying experiences and feelings one can have.
.
So before you JUDGE us Gym Goers who love what we do. Try it for yourself.
.
The gym and what it provides us, on the day to day is a feeling / a place once you understand the TRUE meaning behind it! You’ll never hate on us again.
.
At least the humble ones who remain grounded! Which is why I know I’m blessed daily to have the pleasure of going by CHOICE!
