Started Monday with this tri-set,my booty and legs hate me today 😅🔥!!!
My hamstring and glooootes were crying,hurts so goood.
Give those exercise a go and superset at your next leg workout.

☝🏻Bent over flys- db travels laterally ✌🏼Bent over “I”- arm travels to create the letter “i”
🤟🏼Bent over “Y”- arm travels to create the letter “y”
🖖🏼Bent over bent elbow fly- elbow hits 90 degrees at top of lift
🤚🏼Bent over bent elbow fly- forehead rests on my forearm. This is a variation to the previous exercise. I actually prefer this more often than kneeling on the bench.

Many girls message me saying they have stubborn fat just below their bum and want the best exercises to do for this area.
You cannot target fat in a specific area so always bear that in mind BUT if you perform exercises that target your glutes and hamstrings AND follow the correct diet for YOURSELF, you can most definitely improve the appearance of your under booty. .
Don’t be scared to challenge yourself with your weights, if you feel you’ve got your form on point - GO FOR IT 🙌🏻 the heavier you lift, the more progress you will make!
