You CAN eat paleo at McDonalds when you're in a pinch. I woke up late this morning and didn't have time to make a smoothie with almond butter so all i had was a protein shake with greens and some @advocare Spark. I missed my fats! So i decided to run to McDonalds on a quick break, and here's what i ordered for less than $5 (workout tax). About 27g of protein and 40g of fat. You can sponge the sausage grease into a napkin to take the fat content down or just order 1 sausage and 3 CIRCLE eggs. It has to be the circle eggs because their scrambled eggs are mixed worth other ingredients.
I realize this is not ideal but it was either that or miss my fats and feel like crap all morning.

Great way to build work capacity and see if you are improving.
I recommend doing it at a comfortable pace the first go around just to see what your baseline physical fitness level is. Wait a week or two and try it again with the only goal being to best your previous score. You should improve significantly. Then try it again a month later using the mental aspect of fitness and really trying to push yourself hard. You should see more improvement.

Make it as far up the ladder as you can, increasing the burpees by two each set.

Use a soup can, a pillow, or whatever weights you can manage while maintaining good form in the Turkish Get ups.
Great for core strength, hip, shoulder, and lower leg mobility.

How many "hours" can you keep this going?

Get into a plank position and slowly walk your hands laterally. Try alternating one full rotation clockwise, followed by counterclockwise. GREAT for core as well as shoulder strength and stability.
