Pharez Baidoo  working_out_with_you basically me Working out with people in many different ways and figureing out how they workout and stay in shape/healthy

To have the chance to participate in something you love with other people who love the same thing, really makes it better.
Waking up to workout is hard enough, but when you got friends continuously calling your phone at 6am, Saturday in the morning 😪. It truely helps you realize that you got good friends wanting you to come out and workout them and also improve.

Do you hate cardio ?? So do I
But you still gotta do it to see imporvement
So I came up with a way to help myself and other people who hate cardio as much as me
1. Get on a tredmil or any type of elliptical
2. Use it as a warm up
3. Start at a easy level
4. Keep your speed above 80
5.Go for 10 minutes - 15
After your finish lifting or sqauting or abs.

Do it again to get to end this your work out. 😁😁 PSA *I AM NOT TAKING CREDIT FOR THIS I KNOW SOMEONE CAME UP WITH THIS A LONG TIME AGO*

As I said working out ain't always about the muscles you gotta be able to workout your mentality as well.

The strongest muscle in our body is our heart so always put your heart into something or someone you love

Always remember to work 10x harder than the person who tries to work harder than you

Hey everybody this is my workout page if you don't know me my name is Pharez Baidoo. Now I know every body has a workout page but the reason I made mine which is so unique in its own way it's because everybody has a story on why they started working out and a lot of people believe that working out is always in the gym and muscles but it's not there's so many ways to work out.

So my main goal is to workout with the people who are dedicated to it or even the people that are just starting to workout
And to show many ways of working out not only by being in the gym but by doing something that keeps that individual mentally motivated and happy
And last, to show people that you can fail and get back up and that it's ok to fail
PS I AINT NO PERSONAL TRAINER I just love to try new things
