One Drop Ink Tattoo Parlour and Gallery Nashville and Norf Art Collective made a call for local artists to participate in an art exhibition to commemorate black Heros, Legends and Queens. The exhibition is a continuation of the Black Panther Art Immersion events and a celebration of Black History Month. During the crawl, visit One Drop Ink Gallery to experience the world of Wakanda! Come in royal attire or cosplay!
Woodcuts Framing and Gallery will have a group show titled "Remember". Originals and prints that focus on the African American experience. Works by Ludie Amos, Terry and Jerry Lynn (Twin), Greg Ridley, Charley Palmer, Omari Booker, and Thaxton Waters.
Cultural Visions Art is delighted to bring a multifarious presentation of beautiful diverse art featuring talented artist from the United States and around the world. For February, their continuing theme "Diversity Through Art", will include artists Ephraim Urevbu, Nigeria, Essud Funcap, Haiti, HC Porter and Eric Jones from Vicksburg, Ms., Sir Shadow, Harlem, Ny., and Alice Gatewood Waddell, Bowling Green, Ky.
The Garden Brunch Cafe will show new selections from resident artists James Threalkill and Jordan Carpenter. They will also have a selection from other local artists on view through February.
