A lot of those people only have a few articles of clothing, and some people don't even have shoes let alone socks... If there's one good thing to do, it's going to the store and spending a few extra bucks on a pack of new socks to donate. ✅ Save some money, and put it towards something that will last a lifetime for someone that truly needs it. ➡️Mucus is produced in order to protect the mucous membranes in the body. However, when there is an excessive production of mucus as a result of our less than optimal dietary choices, this in turn can lead to health problems. Over the course of time, the constant flow of acidic/mucus forming foods that we regularly consume creates a glue-like build up that coats the inner walls of our intestines, which can hinder our overall absorption of nutrients in the body.
