Hyperextensions with weight bar (im using 40lb)
First place your hands wide on the bar and start the movement try to keep your back straight. After 10 reps change your hands position to put them closer on the bar - Repeat 10times.
3rd exercise - 10reps without any weight,
4th exercise - 5reps right leg & 5reps left leg
5th exercise - reverse hyperextensions 10reps .
