๐ŸชBANANA PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN MUFFINS โค๏ธ

Ingredients
* 2 large bananas mashed
* 1/3 cup organic peanut butter - Bradโ€™s Naturals crunchy. * 1-5 ounce container vanilla yogurt- I used chobani - banana flavor
* 3/4 cup nut milk (almond, coconut, cashew -your choice) im showing half cup but I endup using 3/4 * 1 tea vanilla extract
* 1 cup protein powder Im using vanilla #prey @dynamikmuscle * 1/2 cup quick oats * 1/2 tea baking soda * 1 1/4 tea baking powder
* Topping - your choice I used m&ms, blueberries, cranberries, granola, dark cocoa chocolate, * Coloring: I used 100% cocoa powder, and Strawberry Extract (to get pink muffins) from brand:Prima.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly spray muffin pans. Bake muffins for 20-30 minutes, or until center is set. Dip into the chilled cup of almond milk. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฅ›๐Ÿช

Add resistance band to your pull-ups so it will help you build the starting strength to do an unassisted pull ups!! Its a perfect technique for the beginners, (even me๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜‚haha) also i recommend this to some of my clients. So! Please dont feel bad if you dont know how to do pull ups! You just need to practice daily! Step by step. I was always focused on my lower body and now I switched more to my upper body...( I never liked pull ups but its part of the process!)
