Today this group of Wild Women explored the five senses through our writing in the park. What's the next adventure you'll write about?

The weekend is in sight! πŸ‘€

today's #wcw goes out to WWW member Elena. "Why is being outdoors important to me? Because it gives me peace at times when there is nothing but stress in my life. When I go to the mountains I feel closer to home as they remind me of the country I grew up. Why is this photo significant? Because I took it days after graduating college, I wanted to take a picture where I felt free that reminded me that the adventure in life had just begun. "

🚲s are a great way to explore a new city!

Picture number two of the Wild Wilderness Women member photo series featuring @czav27 and the friendly chipmunk. "Being outdoors and out in nature is very spiritual for me. It's where I feel safe and connected - to myself, people, animals, trees, rocks, water, everything really. One of my favorite feelings is how I feel after accomplishing a hike. It's very empowering and rewarding and just peaceful. This picture was taken in a moment like that." This summer, we'll be posting a series of photos highlighting our members in honor of our upcoming annual trip - Babes off the Beaten Path. Meet WWW member Grace, who will be one of the babes traveling to Acadia National Park this summer. "This photo was taken during a nine-day backpacking trip in Chile's Torres Del Paine National Park in Patagonia and it's significant to me for many reasons. My first time backpacking - this trip took me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to explore physical and emotional strength I wasn't awarded I had. I'm not sure I've ever felt as present as I did on this trip. Also it may be the most beautiful setting I've found myself in to date. Not pictured is the rainbow that appeared shortly after." πŸ’ͺ🌈
