Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen zucchini
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup nut milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Optional: protein powder

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and combine until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!

Apple Cookie Rings

Ingredients:
1 apple
2 tablespoons unsweetened PB&Me powder
1.5 tbsp filtered water
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Slice apple into thin rings and remove core.
2. Mix water with PB&Me powder to create a spread. Spread over one side of each ring.
3. Add desired toppings and serve!

Today’s breakfast inspo courtesy of @choosingchia! 🙌🏻 I’ve been working all week on a coconut yogurt recipe for the blog. It’s been a hard one to nail but I was able to use the “waste” as a base for this delicious chia pudding. Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s okay. Just look for the silver lining and trust that everything will work out the way it’s meant to be. Now back to the kitchen for round 4! ✨
