Life doesn't stop because you're on a diet and trying to hit a goal. Parties, get-togethers and travels are going to pop up, but it doesn’t mean you have to get totally thrown off track. You just have to be smart about it. When it comes to alchohol stick to something lower in sugar content, like Tequila, Gin, Vokda and avoid sugary mixers. Opt for club soda with maybe a splash of juice. My go to is silver Tequila with a splash of grapefruit. 🍸

Drink a glass of water before you go out, and in between each alcoholic beverage. This keeps you hydrated and helps avoid over consumption of food or alchohol. Alcohol stimulates your appetite, causing you to be more likely to reach for junk food after a night out, so keep your consumption under control.

#HIIThop 😎🖤 btwn travel and work overload, lately my workouts haven’t been as consistent or thorough as I’d like. One of my favorite ways to press reset and get a full body high intensity workout is doing HIIT intervals like these. Try four circuits of each- go hard for 45 seconds then rest for 20 and you’ll be burning calories for 24 hours to come 💪🏼🙌🏼 #workout #efficiency #ootd @jfitnesswear
