Opt for club soda with maybe a splash of juice. My go to is silver Tequila with a splash of grapefruit. 🍸
Drink a glass of water before you go out, and in between each alcoholic beverage. This keeps you hydrated and helps avoid over consumption of food or alchohol. Alcohol stimulates your appetite, causing you to be more likely to reach for junk food after a night out, so keep your consumption under control.
