Happily antisocial = home workouts 😬☠️💪🏼Some days it feels good to avoid human contact. But that doesn’t mean you can’t still get a killer workout in. With mainly bodyweight movements used and minimal equipment I often get an even better sweat in my own living room than at the gym. 💦
So if you’ve been feeding yourself that excuse that if you don’t have a gym membership you can’t get in shape, stop lying to yourself! ✋🏼.

A lighter leg day doesn’t mean any less pain or anguish 🔥😰 It can sometimes burn more. My favorite method of training legs each week includes one heavy day to build, paired with one lighter day with higher volume to sculpt. .

Rest days are the best days 😍👏🏼👙When you’re on a fitness mission sometimes we go to extremes, thinking that if we don’t workout hard every day that we’ll lose momentum. Wrong!
Even the best training/diet/supplement regimen will not make up for insufficient rest. You need 1 solid rest day per week. Go ham at the gym the rest.
It’s while you're resting that growth hormone is produced and protein synthesis occurs. Without adequate rest your body will fail to reach optimal state and prevent the gains you're working so hard to make. So take a day off from the gym and prioritize time to just veg. #twistmyarm
