BBG Week 15 Legsss! I'm so sweaty. ๐Ÿ˜…I felt like such a badass doing walking lunges with a 30 lb. barbell on my back, until I hit my pantry door. ๐Ÿคฃ Seriously though I feel so strong on leg day. Maybe guys have better upper body strength, but ladies definitely have stronger lower body. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผ

Just did BBG Week 14 Full Body. It's the first day of my monthly and the only thing I'm feeling right now are cramps. I definitely didn't feel like that workout, but I did it and I'm glad I did, I feel so much better. -
