Raise your hand if you need a coffee first thing in the morning??? Vanilla Iced Coffee is the name of the game, made extra creamy, thanks to my partner @Lactaid. Recently the hubs schooled me in the art of a pour over and while he might be cool with just a plain coffee, I need a little something-something to jazz it up! A perfect pour over jazzed up with real dairy LACTAID milk vanilla infused ice cubes make every morning perfect!! So even if you have a dairy sensitivity, like some people in my fam, you’re still covered!! #MilkTheMoments
Grab the recipe below!
For the Vanilla Ice Cubes
2 cups LACTAID® Milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
For the Coffee
Pour Over Coffee
Handful of ice
1 tablespoons LACTAID® 2% Milk
In a small saucepan, combine LACTAID®, sugar and vanilla extract over low heat. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour milk mixture into ice cube molds and place in freezer until frozen
Prepare coffee as preferred. Keep prepared coffee in a pitcher or carafe in the refrigerator.
