Getting work done yesterday! This was a session based around your 2k pace, forcing you to fight to stay evenly split on each interval. Stay long and try to keep the stroke rate smooth! 7x400m (2k pace) + 1:10 rest. This session definitely made me harder to kill! Give it a shot! 🤘🏼💦🚣🏼🥇
