Day 1: Oats for breakfast, veggies and hummus as a snack. Lunch is beetrootfalafel, salad and couscous. Fruit and a bar as a snack. Dinner is vegan spinach and artichoke pasta. .
Day 2: Avocado, fruit and nuts as breakfast. Veggies and hummus as a snack. Lunch is mango tofu curry with beans and black rice. Fruit and a bar as a snack. Dinner is quinoa tandoori. .

Busy weekend = quick meal prep for this week! Total cost for the prep was $55 for all meals; this prep is for 1 person x 4 days. --------------------------------------------M1: 1.5c egg whites, 1c sautéed spinach, 1/2c pineapple, 1/8c blueberries

M2: Protein shake & almonds (not pictured)

M3: 4oz homemade sloppy joes, 1/2c brown rice, cucumber slices & snap peas

M4: Homemade hamburgers, 1/2c roasted potatoes & corn on the cob

M5: @libertecanada lactose free vanilla Greek yogurt, 3/4c cherries & protein granola (not pictured)

Another Sunday, another successful meal prep session ✌ Meal prepping has changed the way I eat during the busy work week. It saves me so much time while ensuring that I have healthy food cooked and ready to go throughout the week.
Today among other things I've prepped this:

bottom of vinaigrette made of Tamari, lemon juice and black pepper; steamed onions, garlic and fennel, steamed sugar snaps and asparagus, raw purple cabbage (full of restoring probiotics), and cooked brown rice.
I use glass Mason jars and tupper ware to avoid toxic components found in plastic.

Here's what my last carnivore prepped meals looked like.
These are the items that I had to assemble, it doesn't show my fruit, shake and yogurt for snacks.
1. Egg/egg white crustless quiche
2. Overnight oats with strawberries, flax seed and powdered PB
3. Turkey stuffed peppers with mini cucumbers and tomato
4. Drumsticks with sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and broccoli
5. Lean steak with veggies and roasted acorn squash
6. Colourful salad (hummus and a hardboiled egg to be added)
