TONIGHT! Join our Executive Director Tia Powell Harris and our Oral Historian Mondesir as they convene with neighbors of Crown Heights around the importance of historical importance. This community conservation kicks off tonight at the Brooklyn Children's Museum at 5:45pm.

We are saddened to hear about the passing of legendary artist #BarkleyHendricksCelebrate his magnificent life this week as his work will be featured in the @studiomuseum's Spring exhibition opening, "Regarding the Figure".

Our Executive Director Tia Powell Harris gave a tour to a group of teens and elders today as a part of Tea with Tia lunch.

TOMORROW: It's our second annual poetry slam with our friends at the Green Earth Poets Cafe! You do not want to miss this evening of powerful words meant to provoke deep thoughts at change. The slam begins at 7pm, but Weeksvillr will be open at 2pm for arts + crafts and tours of the Historic Hunterfly Road Houses.

The rain gave way for a peachy afternoon here at Weeksville amongst our blossom trees. Spring, is that you?
