Hard as hell to post. Also extremely blurry πŸ˜‚ But here's where I'm at. Starting Day 1 of #couchto5k today! #jordansbodsquad

Losing weight before was like a game. I'd do whatever it took to get the weight off, if it meant starving myself, if it meant exercising more than was healthy, whatever. Since I stopped posting here, I beat my eating disorder and gained some weight. I'm currently sitting at 206.4 pounds. This time, though, I'm prioritizing my health. My pants size doesn't matter but my heart rate does. The tag on my shirt is irrelevant but my blood pressure needs work. I'm here to live this time, for my health, not my image!

One of my favorite ways to have some servings of fruit!
I put in two pineapple slices and a bag of frozen bananas, strawberries and grapes, filled it up a bit with apple juice and then water, and blended! Super good and tangy! (~300 calories)
