One of my favorite ways to have some servings of fruit! I put in two pineapple slices and a bag of frozen bananas, strawberries and grapes, filled it up a bit with apple juice and then water, and blended! Super good and tangy! (~300 calories)

My challenge this week is to eat meals I have at home instead of fast food! To start out, baked salmon, baked potato and spaghetti squash. 😍
