Happy Sunday, storytellers! There is a new moon in Leo today and that means it's time to set our intentions.

@mysticmamma says it best: "Planetary aspects have been heating our alchemical cauldrons, and the heat we are feeling, although uncomfortable, is bringing to the surface toxic patterns needed to be purified and transmuted for the magic to occur."

"Leo stokes the flames of our potential and gestures the free and total expression of our Being to shine forth like the Sun. Courage to be our true selves, to find the strength in our vulnerabilities, our truth, and our rawness and to live from the inside out."

This is a great time to remember that YOU are in charge of and are accountable for your life. If there is a specific circumstance that you can not change, you always have the capability to shift the way you perceive and respond to it.

This process begins by first acknowledging what it is that you do want and need in your life. From that place you can use your voice to speak your truth and live from a place of honesty and integrity, a place that is in alignment with what your truly desire.

If you are tired of the cycles you find yourself in and are ready to make a shift, give our new moon ceremony a try. We recommend starting with a short, grounding meditation and then begin writing your intention list. Use a pen and paper and begin each statement with "I am." Write down as many as you wish and then fold up the papers and place them in your journal or memory box or another safe space. Give yourself a few moments of meditation once you are finished to let those seeds of manifestation really settle in.

::5 Ways to Increase Trust in Your Life::

1) Be Vulnerable. Sometimes we have to soften before we can stand firm. Let yourself be open to the process, knowing that the journey is just as important as the destination.

2) Follow through. Doing what we say we're going to do is paramount to building trust and dependability. Your word is your greatest currency.

3) Believe in yourself. Remember that like attracts like, and self-trust undoubtedly leads to trust in others. Have integrity and speak truth, and you will attract others who do the same. Not sure how to get there? Engage fully in a self-care routine that involves meditation and quiet reflection. It is from this place that we are able to identify what we really want. Once you are aware of your true desires you can make decisions in your best interest with a calm and rational mind.

4) Try something new. Once a week, do something that scares you. Take this acronym to heart: F.E.A.R. = False Evidence Appearing Real. You HAVE to push yourself outside your comfort zone if you want to achieve greatness.

5) Have faith. Increasing trust means believing that everything is happening FOR you and not TO you. It is all part of your path. Try this affirmation to speak your faith into existence: "Everything is just as it should be, and is working out for my greatest good."

Part of fully enjoying the present moment is allowing yourself to slow down long enough to just BE. No expectations, just simply knowing that the universe is in motion for you and everything is occurring in perfect timing, just as it should be.

Whether in asana (yoga posture), pranayama (breathwork), or meditation, you can encourage remaining present and fully at-ease by using the mantra "So Hum." In Sanskrit these words translate to "I am."

Connect your words to the rhythm of your breath and allow yourself the delight of just being, for as long as you would like to indulge.

Start with three minutes, then five, then ten. Try not to see being still as something you are forced to do, but rather something you are privileged to do. It will increase your focus and ability to stay grounded, regardless of whatever circumstances you find yourself in.

We are so grateful for this getaway this week to be able to do just this; focus on self-care so that we come home feeling rejuvenated and productive for planning our next Holding Space program!

Yesterday afternoon marked the end of our first teen girl's group for Holding Space.

When we set out to start this program, we knew it had the potential to really help young girls learn to shift from a perspective of fear to love and from shame to respect. After watching these girls grow in just 4 weeks, we know this program has the power to really impact the self-worth of young women.

What we didn't know was how much we too would be impacted by this process and how deeply we would connect with this group of amazing girls.

"When one teaches, two learn." We would like to thank all of these young women, from the bottom of our hearts for being open and trusting this process. We love each of you so much for allowing us to guide you during these last four weeks, you have touched our hearts and have cemented, more than ever before, that this is our path and purpose. I can't tell you how many times @nevergrew and I looked at each other during and after class with awe in our eyes. I have never experienced another time in my life when I have been so completely present and so completely certain that I have found my place.

We are so thankful to everyone who attended this first beta group and are looking forward to having all of you back in the fall for our first full session of "6 weeks to self-love." Namaste, storytellers. ✨💛

The full moon is approaching and will be completely full this Sunday, who can feel the shift in the atmosphere?

This moon is all about taking emotional risks, being firm with your boundaries and being willing to move past old beliefs of inadequacy.

"Work with the Sun as an ally and be inspired by some risk you have taken. When you take a risk you give up your comfort zone and there may be fear involved. Remember you have Mars on your side so use that energy well or it will use you. As childhood fears of inadequacy surface, push them gently aside with compassion and remind yourself the you are no longer that child and that you deserve to have everything you need to move forward in your life."

Remember that everything you want is on the other side of fear. Like all full moons, this is a great time to RELEASE all the thoughts, beliefs, habits, and patterns that no longer serve you.

"Ask and you shall receive." Spend some time today asking yourself what you truly want and desire from a place in your mind of self-love, where all things are possible.

When you are truly ready to admit what it is that you want, out loud, without the worry of humiliation, shame or feeling unworthy, you will begin to receive it.

After all, everything is temporary, even this life, so what are we really afraid of? We are all having a human experience and none of us are making it out of this alive. So let's appreciate the adventure and the fact that we get to write the script of our own lives.

Welcome to Holding Space, where happiness is as simple as playing with bubbles. Our storytellers completed their "6 weeks to self-care" program two-weeks ago and every attendee signed up for phase two of the program. We are currently in the second week of phase two and are blessed and amazed at the internal shifts that have taken place over the last 8 weeks. This is truly an amazing, insightful, open-minded and supportive group of women. We couldn't be more proud, we love y'all!
