“Camera angles, posing, lighting.... all of these things can alter how your body will look in a photo. I think we all know that.
I don’t post to make people feel bad. I don’t suck in my belly to make other people want a smaller belly. I don’t feel ashamed of my belly unposed and relaxed. Does my body or posts perpetuate society’s standards of beauty? Sure, you could say that. But you can’t say that I am the cause of girls’ insecurities. That is not on me. I am here trying to spread a message of self love, encouragement, and positivity. I don’t tell anyone to look like me, I don’t tell people to eat like me, I don’t tell people to workout like me. I am sharing my lifestyle with those who ask to see it. If seeing photos or videos of me negatively affects your self image, I encourage you to block me and work toward loving who you are.
The main goal here is to be confident with who and what you see yourself to be.” From @pineapplebrat
