@slugagency, an art collective made up of graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, and more that aims to elevate POC voices and provide a platform for young millennial designers and artists to work with various brands, has debuted a new, colorful capsule collection of T-shirts titled No Bad Memories. For the collage-like clothing, the artists in Slug were inspired by various elements from their childhood, from anime to toys (a dinosaur speaking on the phone features prominently on one of the designs) to the bootleg culture of Atlanta. Making something as universal as a blazer into a signature is a hard project. For @proenzaschouler's Pre-Fall 2019 collection, efforts revolved around deconstruction. The lapels of a checked blazer were semi-detached and could be wrapped artfully around the neck like a scarf. The jacket looked boss paired with an equally deconstructed chunky knit sweater and chambray acid-wash full-leg trousers. Tap the link in our bio to see the full collection.

The Duchess of Sussex made a surprise cameo at the UK Fashion Awards at Royal Albert Hall tonight. When it came time to announce the winner of the prestigious Womenswear Designer of the Year award, Meghan Markle appeared onstage to present the award to @Clarewaightkeller, artistic director of @givenchyofficial. Keller is also the designer responsible for Markle's royal wedding dress, now a piece of fashion and British royal history. Tap the link in our bio for more details.

@Adesuwa's genuine cheer and sense of humor has helped her become one of 2018’s most sought-after models, recently starring in @alexanderwangny’s campaign, and embodying the “Wang girl” in that she’s authentic, unconventional, and, as Alexander Wang tells, “not afraid to be [herself], speak up, and have an opinion.” Tap the link in our bio to see Adesuwa Aighewi's day distilled in under 10 minutes—and prepare to find yourself a new model obsession in the process.

Can a color be woke? According to the experts at the @Pantone Color Institute, the answer is yes. For 2019, the organization has named Living Coral the color of the year, writing in a press release that the color “is evocative of how coral reefs provide shelter to a diverse kaleidoscope of color.” Tap the link in our bio for a few ways to incorporate the shade into your wardrobe. When @serenawilliams unveiled her eponymous clothing line, @serena, back in May, the tennis legend realized there was one important element missing from the range: options for sizes over XL. Rather than rush and risk bringing a subpar product to market, Williams decided to take the time to pursue perfection. “We wanted to do this the right way,” said Williams. “We started from scratch and went back to the drawing board. We wanted to use plus-size fit models and for those models to feel like the clothes were made just for them, and not [merely] extended.” That extra effort resulted in her newly launched collection, GREAT, a lineup of all occasion pieces that can take the wearer from the gym to date night in luxurious style.
