more cheaty deadlifts, paused squats and extra paused’s been a long week, and I’m tired 🤯

paused RDLs (don’t @ me for my ROM my hamstrings are so unflexible looool) and some front squats...progressing with these accessory movements nicely, front squat was meant to be a triple but overshot the weight a little 🤷🏼‍♀️next week I’ll have that 👀

training was good this evening, that is all.

@uob_pl we have been sent fuel for our training 🤤🤤🤤...big thanks to @_joeclarke for hooking us up with lots of samples of these delicious snacks... perfect for pre-, post- and intra-training or just generally when you want a lil snack...all natural and vegan (@laraliftss you won’t be left hangry) with pretty decent macros...I have a massive box full of loads more of these boxes so make sure you message me to grab some to fuel your training 🏋🏼‍♀️

15kg ago 🙈 sorting through my pictures on my onedrive and see this 😱, was probably at my heaviest weight of ~80kg at this point, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and how much more comfortable I feel in my self...I remember feeling so disheartened after seeing these pictures, and shortly after seeing them I found out about iifym and never looked back💃🏼
also recently on here I’m so sick of people bashing iifym or the ‘diet culture’....unless you’ve been in a position where you’ve hated everything about yourself day in and day out then you really have no place to comment, iifym is the only thing that I’ve stuck to for over 2 years, that gives many people flexibility and real results and again, I’m proud to have stuck to it for so long, if you don’t wanna do it fine, but don’t push your opinion on other people 🤫
