CARDIO 💀 I often get asked how much cardio I do! So why not make a post about it?! So here it is! My machine of choice is the stair master.
Let me break it down:
30 min 3x a week.
30 seconds on level 9 (active rest)
30 seconds on level 12 sometimes level 13
Nothing complicated, nothing crazy! You will never see me on the stair master for an hour at an extremely slow pace. Try it, love it, double tap it and save it for your next workout! Tag someone you wanna try this with 🙌🏼
