I go through breakfast phases, and right now I'm deep into the chia pudding phase. This is clearly a throwback since it has figs on it 😩 still one of the most amazing toast combos I've ever eaten: gf sourdough + almond butter + honey + grapefruit zest, pumpkin seeds + crushed rose + hemp seeds + fig slices

Today's lunch is lookin pretty dreamy ☁️ arugula + radicchio + flakey salmon + squash blossom + pea shoots + rainbow microgreens + watermelon radish + sunflower seeds ...post photo I drizzled w/ a creamy chimichurri dressing that's insanely good... working on the recipe for my book so stay tuned 🌝 sprouts & microgreens sent to me from @brightfreshmicrogreens & I'm clearly obsessed 🌱

Sea green toast waves to celebrate #toasttuesday 🌊 Made some mermaid toast using almond milk cream cheese mixed with both chlorophyll drops & @kiwamigreens (mixture of matcha, sencha, young barley leaf & ashitaba 🌱) then blended both shades of green on GF toast and topped w/ avocado stars πŸ₯‘⭐️ and some gold leaf flakes 🌱 #vibrantandpure #kiwamigreens #partner #nongmo #prebiotics

Lately I've been trying to start my day with a freshly cold-pressed green juice- seriously gives me the most amazing natural energy. 🌱 How to make this green beauty: 1 heaping handful or 2 of dark leafy greens (I usually use kale or spinach) + 5-10 stalks of celery + 1/2 an English cucumber + 2 lemons (I like them extra tart, it really covers up a bit of the "greenery" without adding sugar + handful of parsley + big piece of ginger #greenjuice #juice #vibrantandpure
