Sunday morning vibes πŸ˜ŽπŸ’πŸ‘πŸŒ€βœ¨ Cinnamon oatmeal topped with PB2, cherries, nectarine, coconut flakes and chia seeds. I've had PB2 every day since I received it in the mail! We'll see how long this big jar lasts. 😏 Today I'll be planning some day trips for the next few weeks since we only have around five weeks left in Spain. 😱 We are thinking Seville, Granada, and now Ronda (thanks to @i_heart_tofu for the suggestion πŸ™‚). What are your must-see sites in AndalucΓ­a? πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ

Pasta for lunch today. 😍😍 I could eat pasta every day and not get tired of it! πŸ˜… I sautΓ©ed veggies with water as usual and seasoned them with oregano, thyme, nutritional yeast, bay leaf and tomato paste. I even made it extra saucy for all those noodles. πŸπŸ‘€ I used regular pasta which was coloured with dried spinach and tomato. πŸ’›πŸƒπŸ… So delicious and filling! πŸ‘…πŸ’¦ We just got back from MΓ‘laga and I'm about to dig into my grape dinner. 😬 I hope you're having a good weekend so far! πŸ’•

Happy Saturday! πŸ˜‡ I wanted a little bit of everything in my oatmeal this morning. I cooked some frozen berries into the oats for a nice purple colour. πŸ’œ Cherries, blueberries, banana, PB2, chia seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut on top. All the good stuff. 😜 What are your plans this weekend? I think we'll head to MΓ‘laga after lunch. 😎

Lunch today was glorious. πŸ˜… Boiled potatoes, sautΓ©ed veggies, tiny avocado! @roaming_kuba made the potatoes and prepped all the veg. πŸ‘Œ The potatoes were boiled for 20-30 minutes until soft. I sautΓ©ed the veggies (mushrooms, carrot, peppers, and zucchini) with water and seasoned them with oregano, thyme, nutritional yeast, and tomato paste. Yum! We had watermelon for dinner but I could go for another plate of this. πŸ˜‹ Hope you're having a good Friday! πŸ₯‘

Lunch today was good even though my avocados weren't ready. πŸ™ƒ (I have three waiting for me!) πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‘ I found some nutritional yeast at a health food store in Fuengirola yesterday so I used some in our sautΓ©ed veggies for a change! I seasoned them with 2 T nutritional yeast, 1 t each oregano, thyme, and paprika, along with 3-4 scoops of tomato paste. Delicious! πŸ˜‹ For next week's video I was thinking of showing you how I make my lunch bowls, showing you how I cook the veggies and rice without oil. What do you think? πŸ’›

Good morning! I finally got my hands on some @bellplantation PB2 peanut butter powder. πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ It only took a month. πŸ˜‚ I had some issues with the mail here in Spain but now I know to have parcels delivered straight to the mail office and not to my door. πŸ‘Œ I've been craving peanut butter but didn't want to eat conventional ones because they're loaded with oil and fat. (Also, peanut butter just isn't a thing in Spain πŸ˜‚) PB2 is oil free and much lower in calories, only 50 per 2 Tablespoons! 😱 And since it's oil-free, it doesn't hurt my stomach. I ordered a giant 16 oz. jar of it too, so it should last me a few months. 😬 Have you tried peanut butter powder? How do you like it?

Breakfast from earlier πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ Today's fruity oatmeal is inspired by @emma.cather1ne since she's been posting all these juicy kiwis in her breakfast bowls. 😜 I had to get some here and lucky me because they're delicious! The ones in our favourite fruterΓ­a come from Italy. They are just so sweet! I let them ripen for a few days until soft, and I always eat the skin. πŸ₯ This was the perfect start to my day today! I've been quite productive. πŸ˜‰ My "how to downsize your wardrobe" video is now up on my channel. Let me know what you think. πŸ€—

Before cycling with @roaming_kuba today, I fueled up with this cinnamon oatmeal topped with nectarine, banana, frozen blueberries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and chia seeds. β˜€οΈπŸš΄πŸš΄πŸ»β€β™€οΈ We rented bicycles again and cycled to Fuengirola because we were hoping to try more vegan popsicles (second time for us) but the shop was closed until 14:00. πŸ˜“ We had grapes instead and returned home. We cycled at least 34k today so my legs are pretty much DONE. πŸ˜‚ We had watermelon as soon as we got back and just made the best dinner! Eating *everything* after a workout like that is the most satisfying feeling, don't you think? 😜

So tasty! πŸ˜‹ Also, have any of you noticed Instagram hashtags not working?? For instance, if I were to tag this photo with #rice, it might show up in the list of rice photos but only for a brief moment, and then it's kicked off the list! 😫 I've reported this bug to IG and you should too if you're experiencing the same problem.
