This was dinner from the other night. Red jasmine rice, frozen veggies, spring rolls filled with quinoa and a bag of stir-fry veg from Tesco, and the hottest dipping sauce!! Scotch bonnet papaya also from Tesco. ๐Ÿ‘Œ We are trying to use up all of our random ingredients (like spring roll wrappers!) and we're right on schedule. ๐Ÿ˜œ I'm actually planning out my meals for the next few days, writing them out and portioning things just to make sure we can use up as much of our food before we head to Spain. I plan on bringing a few leftovers with me, like dried goods (cocoa nibs, peanut butter powder), but the rest needs to be eaten! ๐Ÿ˜‹ I think it's time to start making dinner now, except Kuba's fast asleep taking a nap. ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ˜… What are you having tonight??

@clearspringuk matcha oats with some cute @belovedates for my Saturday. ๐ŸŒธ By this time next week @roaming_kuba and I will be in Spain. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ We've been busy meeting up with friends here before we go. Yesterday I had lunch with @treesnpeace ๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŒฏ followed by a massive sushi dinner with @dothe3volution and Chris. So much food! ๐Ÿ˜… And it continues! Today I'll be lunching with @light_and_shapes at @theflametreecafe. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ Oh and I'm getting a tattoo after lunch thanks to @woollyjones! ๐Ÿ“ I'll be sure to post about it in my Instastories. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Happy Friday!! ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒท๐Ÿ’– I like starting my day with some pretty oats. ๐Ÿ˜œ I cooked these with @alpro hazelnut milk, half a banana mashed up, and blackberries for that pink / purple colour. Topped with banana, chia seeds, frozen raspberries, and the last of my @vivani_chocolate! ๐Ÿ‘Œ I had sooo much fun (and sun!) in Glasgow yesterday!! I met up with @milk_the_funk, @girl_adventurer, and @sandra_griskeviciute ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค— Lots of walking and good food! I had the most perfect mocha (as always) at @picnic.glasgow, vegan sausage roll and beet salad at @rootsfruitsandflowers, BEST vegan bahn mi and strawberry danish at @monoglasgow. ๐Ÿ˜‹ And lucky me to see Chef @vso_vegankitchen one last time at Mono! ๐Ÿ˜‰ You can see these tasty eats (and best wedding gift ever ๐Ÿ˜…) in my Instastories for a wee bit longer, but I'll also post some photos from my trip on my blog this weekend. โ˜€๏ธ

Good morning! ๐Ÿ’• Super early breakfast this morning since I'm on my way to Glasgow very soon! Oats cooked with almond milk and water, topped with frozen blackberries and raspberries, @betterbodyfoods PB Fit peanut butter powder, @vivani_chocolate dark nougat croccante, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs! ๐Ÿซ I buy berries when they are on sale and freeze them for later. I think frozen ones look nice on oatmeal. ๐Ÿ˜‰ In general, frozen berries at the store are cheaper than fresh ones, so if you use berries in smoothies I'd just buy the frozen ones! I prefer freezing fresh ones for my oatmeal, though, because then I can make sure each berry is whole and pretty. ๐Ÿ“

Dinner tonight ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค— Buckwheat cooked with bay leaf, steamed sweet potato, frozen veggies, and beets! No salt or oil on any of it, and some fresh basil leaves to be fancy. ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿƒ So tasty! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Maybe I will try and have an earlier night tonight because I'm heading to Glasgow bright and early tomorrow! Can't wait! ๐Ÿ˜ธ Hope your dinner was just as colourful! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I've been eating random stuff for lunch lately because I'm trying to use up everything before we move...like noodles with hot sauce. ๐Ÿ˜… But my lunch today is leftovers from this delicious dinner last night! Thanks to @woollyjones for cooking!! ๐Ÿค— Roasted sweet and purple potatoes, smoky canellini bean hummus with paprika and sesame oil, salad and pitta bread! Also with refreshing kombucha cordial and lemon balm tea. ๐Ÿ’ฏ Yum!!

Good morning ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ This is the most decadent breakfast ever! I may have used too much dark chocolate...๐Ÿ˜œ I cooked these oats with @alpro hazelnut milk and water, topped with PB Fit by @betterbodyfoods, almond dark chocolate by @tonyschocolonely, coconut flakes, and strawberries! These strawberries are the "perfectly imperfect" ones from Tesco. They're tiny but sweet. Perfect to me! ๐Ÿ“

Yummy avocado toast from @dailygoodsldn ๐Ÿ˜ Avocado, chili flakes, Maldon salt, olive oil, lemon juice. ๐Ÿ‘Œ @umeko_chan and I scoped this place out for our last morning in London. Good morning โ˜€๏ธ My breakfast today: 1 cup of oats cooked with almond milk and water, frozen raspberries, kiwi, coconut flakes and @moo_free_chocolates vegan chocolate. ๐Ÿ˜ I'm glad the sun is out because I have frisbee plans later today! ๐Ÿ’ซ

@roaming_kuba made this delicious letcho the other day. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Letcho is a thick Hungarian stew, made with peppers, onions, tomatoes and lots of paprika (sweet and hot!). ๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ”ฅ It was perfect with steamed potatoes! We don't have any letcho leftover for dinner tonight, though, since it's so good it never lasts more than a day. ๐Ÿ˜… Instead, I'm making avocado cucumber sushi. ๐Ÿค— Yum!
