HAPPY FRIDAY πŸ“πŸŒπŸ€— Oatmeal for breakfast, oatmeal for lunch? Possibly! 😜 This was my breakfast today. Oats cooked with hemp milk and water. ✌️ I'm excited for the weekend! What do you have planned?

Green smoothie for lunch πŸƒ 500g pineapple, two handfuls of spinach, four bananas, a tiny bit of cucumber, and water for a large 1.5 litre smoothie. @roaming_kuba had a glass as well. 😍 What are you having?

Blueberry oatmeal for breakfast with the last of my @meridianfoods peanut butter! πŸ˜‹ This peanut butter is the best! No oil or salt added. Just peanuts. πŸ˜‰ Heat up one cup of @goodhempfood hemp milk and one cup of water on the stove top. Add a handful of blueberries and a scoop of jam. Mash the blueberries as it heats up. Mix in one cup of oats and you're good to go! 😍 It was weird not having oatmeal yesterday. Instead I ended up eating a lot of rice because I made veggie sushi for a potluck. The potluck was excellent though! (as usual!) Two lasagnas, stuffed bell peppers, curry, sushi, mac and cheese, and a cheesecake. All vegan and delicious but now I need to take it easy today. 😜

Falafel bowl for lunch! 😍😍 This is inspired by one of my favourite accounts: @michilifestyle_ ! ❀️❀️ I used @cauldronfoods falafel, jasmine rice, black beans, and avocado. YUM! And now I'm getting ready to make avocado cucumber sushi for a potluck tonight. πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ What are you up to today??

No oats for breakfast today! I need to use up our spinach so I made a smoothie instead. Four bananas, two handfuls of spinach, a bunch of frozen berries, and water for a 1-litre smoothie. Smoothies weren't the smartest option since it's so cold here! It even snowed! πŸ˜³β„οΈπŸŒ§ I'll definitely be eating something warm for lunch. πŸ˜‹

Happy Monday! I hope you had a good weekend. 😎 My weekend was great! Steamed potatoes and guacamole made with avocado, basil, lemon juice, and chili flakes. I also had a bowl of steamed veggies and beets on the side. πŸ₯— Tonight we are having rice for dinner with more steamed veggies. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ What are you having?

Good morning! I have oats made with hemp milk and water for breakfast. I used 1 cups of oats, 1 cup of @goodhempfood hemp milk πŸ‘…πŸ‘… and 1 cup of water. I stirred in a tablespoon of jam just before I took it off the heat for sweetness. With a spoonful of @meridianfoods peanut butter, it's almost like pb&j in a bowl. 😜 #heresmyfood @food πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

πŸƒDinner time!πŸƒ Yesterday's dinner, though we eat similarly every night! 😜 Steamed sweet potato, green beans, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, beets, and chickpeas. πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ We buy dried chickpeas because they are cheaper. I soak them overnight and then boil them for 1-2 hours. Easy and delicious! What are you having for dinner? 🍠
