Finally got my hands on some goji berries and cacao nibs! πŸ€—πŸ«β€οΈ also found this awesome pancake mix that's only 240 calories for 4 pancakes πŸ₯žπŸ₯ž #score I've been loving this new eating routine I've been onπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’— not really caring about calories and with that I've learned I can eat things like pancakes or rawnola and beans/chickpeas without going overboard πŸ₯‘πŸŒπŸŒ―πŸšπŸ“πŸ± still trying to stay around 1800 calories but again, not really counting. ❌ β€’

My "drizzle" turned into one big puddle but it's ok because it's peanut butter πŸ˜‹πŸ₯œ started my first day of @fitazfk today! Second day not counting calories has been πŸ’―πŸ’―I'm trying to eat actual meals and not snacks throughout the day. πŸ“πŸŒπŸ₯ for breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal with some blueberries πŸ˜‹πŸ’™ three hours later I came home to workout and my stomach wasn't bloated at all! Normally, it is huge by 12 because by then I've eaten like 3 mini meals. πŸ™ˆ did BBG week 10 abs AND @fitazfk abs AND HIIT run πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸΌ feeling good! β€’

Sorry for long post: over the past couple of weeks my relationship with food has gone down the drain πŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸš½ I have become so focused on counting calories that I have stopped enjoying food. πŸŒπŸ“πŸ₯‘πŸ₯ I started tracking my food for macros, making sure I was getting 80/10/10 of everything, but it quickly turned into strictly counting calories. πŸ™…πŸΌ I'll admit, at first it went well I logged food and was happy and didn't restrict myself at all, but lately it feels like a chore.🍽 When I plan everything the night before and have all my calories lined up that leaves no room for mistakes. Any slight change in food got me so messed up and disappointed I slipped up and didn't stick with my meal plan 😞😑 the calories I let myself have slowly started to decrease, I got mad at myself when I ate over 1,200. This has got to change ♻️♻️ tracking calories made me eat multiple small snacks throughout the day. Yes, it can be good for metabolism but it creates snacking habits. ❌I need to stop overthinking my diet and food and just eat! Honestly I feel like when I meal prep and count calories I jut get hungrier, it's like the anticipation and the rush I'm going to go over my calories😬. I literally came home yesterday (and many times the week before) and tore through the fridge and pantry eating anything I saw. This was the last straw. I literally ate so much peanut butter πŸ₯œπŸ₯œthat I can't even think about eating it and same goes for meatπŸ€’πŸ„. So, maybe there was some good out of thatπŸ˜‰. Today I did not track a single calorie (couldn't help but do some math in my head though) β€’
