This week is really basic, as we travel interstate, moving home and also getting ready for a big event! But that's no excuse to not eat right or prep!

Here is 3x Wakame Bean Tempeh, organic Basmati, broccolini, nooch and the other now only 2x organic refried pinto beans, with tomatoes purรฉe, Mexican spices, organic basmati, nooch plus I have a huge leafy salad to go with it! I also prep my breaky (not pictured), as this saves me even more time in the morning each day ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ˜Š

Keeping it basic means I still get good nutrition in, on the run!!

Being on comp prep now means only 1-2 meals out per week, but many times I still make my 'love' (I don't call them 'cheat' meals) at home.

Here I have @byronbaytempeh bean & wakame tempeh, kale, tomato, cucumber, portobello, spring onions, coriander (this was already prepped Sunday) but I'm adding my snacks in with my corn cakes, refried beans, all organic plus sweet potato, nooch! ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿ˜‹
