Breakfast: Yogurt it was for breakfast
Lunch: Tuna salad
Dinner: will have to be chicken breast or just Avo

I use my Shea Butter Conditioner as a shaving cream & moisturizer for my legs (and other parts) it leaves my legs so soft and smooth. Day 3 of my 13day detox/ NO CRAP meals
Breakfast: Green Tea
Lunch: Green beans & spinach with a tomato salad, I added carrots coz it looked so bland πŸ˜πŸ˜… I'll have a fruit salad for dinner 😎


On my way to do my Boot camp classes πŸ”₯πŸŒžπŸ•ΊπŸ’ͺ🏾 no filter needed just a bit of lipstick and sunblock #fitnessfueled #Note8

Day 2 Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, avo, tomato, cucumber and butternut.
Lunch:Green salad with polony (or ham, tuna or grilled chicken)
Dinner: Fruit salad... and lots of water!!! Need to get back to it πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ…πŸ₯’ I've started with my 13 day no carbs, no sugar meals. Basically... NO CRAP meals. I eat a lot of greens and fruit, that contains natural sugar. This is Day 2. Nothing to write home about. Just simplicity. I'm still a student so I eat what I have in the fridge πŸ˜‹πŸ˜Š
