CAULIFLOWER PUREE #EatWithValci 🍽
You love puree? But you don't eat potatoes because of different reasons you have? Here is a solution! Make vegetable puree 😁 as it might sound weird and something you would never taste-this is really delicious! I make this almost every day when I'm not traveling. Anyway, I might do this also for "to go" this friday since I'm traveling to Czech, because this can be eaten also the day after!
How I prepared:
Clean cauliflower and slice it into small pieces. Put into boiling water and cook until it's done. (Couple of minutes)
Dry the cauliflower, so that all water goes out-help yourself with some towel and "squeeze" cooked cauliflower in it.
Put into blender with garlic, origano, salt. I also added some butter and parmezan. But you can do your own mixture. Blend until you get texture of puree.
