Since I like to attend bikini shows, and it's not an obligation for me, with all the ups and downs, I will compete soon again. Now I'm on my "offseason", but in 3-4 weeks I'm back on "onseason", since my first show will be in june ๐Ÿค—

THAILAND ๐Ÿ– ๐Ÿ‘‰ read only if you are interested in some tips for traveling there, because otherwise you will get sleepy ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™ˆ
1. I got so many questions about the costs there.
I have been in Thailand for almost whole month and together with all costs I've spent a bit more than 2000 euros-only for myself (Travels, food, hotels, clothes...) everything is very very cheaper then prices here (Europe). ๐Ÿ‘Œ
I could spent really less if I would want to, but I didn't want to worry about anything there, so I enjoyed in everything-ate a lot whenever I wanted to, visited all things I wanted to, bought so many clothes I didn't have any space left-because clothes there are waaaaay more cheaper than here-girls problems ๐Ÿ‘—๐Ÿ‘›๐Ÿ‘œ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ™ˆ, booked nice hotels-not the most expensive ones but also not those in which you barely breath)
2. Hotels we booked through bookings.com one or two days before each destination, and I recommed you book next to the sea or in jungle ๐Ÿ˜, you need to wake up in all those sounds๐Ÿ˜) 3. Food is delicious and very spicy! I can't handle spicy food so it took me couple of days there to start my order with a question "is this food spicy?" So that i didn't blew a fire after one bite of food ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
There are all types of noodles, soups, and fresh fruits/smoothies etc.. so you can kinda keep your diet there ๐Ÿ˜
4. Be prepared of maaany moscitos. Gosh, i looked like baloon each evening, and I was using anti mosquito cremes all the time! ๐Ÿคท
5. I didn't have any problems with food-meaning some diseases.. i was drinking water normally and everything, so maybe because I get vaccination before travel-you don't need to if you don't want to.
6. Use lots of suncream, because otherwise you will look like cooked ๐Ÿฆ€-or at least all of you with skin like mine (I'm more jogurt in winter ๐Ÿ™ˆ)

RAILWAY MARKET BANGKOK ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿก

Not far away out of Bangkok there is so called Raiway market. They have all their things (food, clothes..) directly on railway and next to it. You can buy lots of things there, walk on railway and see many things that you don't see here. I think 4 times per day, at same hours there comes a train. In one minute people put all their things a bit away, so the train can cross normally by. Right after train dissapears, in couple of seconds-voila! Here is food and clothes back again to buy!
Definitelly recommed to see this market๐Ÿ‘Œ

Balanced diet is a lot of time missunderstood by people posting ๐ŸŸ,๐Ÿฐ,๐Ÿฆ,๐Ÿ• all the time and hashtagging #IIFYM #BalancedDiet #GoingToTheBooty etc.. That's missconception of people believing to eat this way only to fit their macros by eating mostly "bad food" is flexible dieting and that will do good to their body shape.

Balanced diet means eating mostly lean meat, healthy carbs, good fats, veggies, fruits.
However this diet allows you to eat some treats, while you're still dieting.. that's why this type of diet is great for lots of people and also works good for many of them. It's much more free way of diet, but lots of people missunderstand it which means to binging or giving up completely.

You can see the example of my dish on the left. One thing is sure for me-i never drink any sodas. They contain too much sugar, which I would rather get from chocolates or candies ๐Ÿ˜ i drink water and sometimes some zero "crap"-but hey..thats just me ๐Ÿคท -----
Instead of regular chocolate I prefer some protein bar or this one is tasty for me as well-raw bar which is vegan and 100% raw-for those who love that-i just love the taste and texture ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™… (it's from @nutrendbodybuilding)

Anyways mostly you can see lots of vegetables and lean meat with good carbs and fats. And some small ammount of treats for me ๐Ÿค—
