What you might consider a “weakness” of your physique can become your strong signature! It’s no secret my breast are natural and small, however there was a time my own mind stopped me of trying any modeling attempt because I was ashamed and afraid of embarrassing myself posting my “ugly” non interesting front.

What made me change my mind was simply realizing I’m not the only one like this, we are millions of women that don’t fit the criteria of the “standard commercial beauty”. But we all have a voice and spirit, and we all can achieve anything we put our mind into, the key is: it has to start from YOU.

I can spend hours telling you one by one you are beautiful and capable but you need to start believing it yourself before you can feel encouraged by a 3rd party regardless of our shape our beauty, the way we feel lies in our attitude towards ourselves and towards others!

The most “beautiful” model can be a total prick and hated by millions and the less one can be loved and desired by millions, how we treat the people around is what will create that perception and not whatever body shape we have! That only lasts for a first impression and you don’t want anybody approaching to stay just for your external beauty, you will only find misery in there!

We all start somewhere, some of us need to work harder than others to unlock our potential physically or mentally! The first step is to stop that negativity coming from inside you towards you! And I’m not saying just stand in front of a mirror and call yourself beautiful, I’m saying to stand in front of a mirror and say IT’S TIME TO WORK!

The focus here is to create thickness and details in the inner parts of your back, not much work for the width. The look and condition of your back can determine your entire shape, depending on your waist you can focus in the width to make it look smaller. -
Your back has several muscles, they all serve a function and a purpose in your body movement, your lower back is key for leg training, your upper back is key to chest stability in your squats and pressing movements. Long story short; working on your back is a MUST!

Here’s the routine:
1- Seated incline cable rows. Twist your wrist from regular to neutral grip. Reps; 5x20, 15 sec. rest between sets.
2- Underhand bent over Rows. Adding a band to increase isometric tension. The final part of your lift is where you break the most muscle fibers crating. That’s why the band is here, helps me take more advantage of that moment and not use too much weight for. Reps; 5x15-12-10-8-6, increasing weight.
3- Hyper extensions with rows. Applying iso-holds as shown in video, 3 reps each arm and then 3 hyper extensions repeat the circuit till you complete 12 reps of each movement and a total of 3 sets.
4- Pull-ups. Reps; 4x8-10-12-15 from heavier to lighter weight.

Many times we find ourselves being completely ok and relaxed when life is throwing us problems and situations and sometimes we find ourselves being a complete mess when everything seems fine! The difference relays on how are we talking to ourselves! When we look at our reflection, when we evaluate our dreams and goals and our actions towards that. Doesn’t matter what you are chasing, as long as you know in your heart that you are doing everything humanly possible for it! No storm will shake your ground. The more we do for what we love, the less room for doubting ourselves and we gain more and more peace inside our minds, making us capable of thinking clear, to innovate in our own ideas and projects, a mind at peace it’s a mind with time and space to become creative! And these days creativity plays a major roll to succeed in any field! Doesn’t matter if you wanna be a model or you wanna be doctor whatever your chosen field you know is full of competition! Having your mind clear will play a major roll in your success 💯 Decide what you want and start trying! Fail and get up! Repeat over and over without falling into negative self talk! Every time you try, fail and try again you are trying with more wisdom and knowledge no body was born a master at anything! Lose your fear to fail and stay active towards your dreams

Specially during the weekends many of you find themselves inside situations you didn’t event want to be part of, like parties and social gatherings. Here I’m not saying hey be a dedicated monk and just dedicate your life to fitness. That’s unrealistic and unsustainable, however, we need to always be honest with ourselves and always think about our main goals! So if you have to say NO to some parties, if you have to say NO to some hang outs at restaurants don’t hesitate in doing it! It’s actually a great way to filter your friendships!

Any real friend will support you without complaining or shaming your goals! Take advantage of the moment to open your eyes and realize who wants the best for you and who doesn’t! The key is to stay active and have fun while you do it! So don’t be afraid of training new things! Guaranteed you will find yourself enjoying the change.

This is a very efficient way to burn off some extra calories while working on your cardiovascular endurance! I did this morning time and tonight I’ll be doing my regular weight training. Whenever I go off my diet I add this type of workouts 3 times a week with one day separation in between them to not overkill my body, this lifestyle is about sustainability and longevity. If you cheat on your diet please don’t overkill yourself with excessive workouts in a day or starve yourself with super low calorie diet, always play for the long run.

⚠️ Perform as a circuit x5 90 seconds rest after completing each.
1️⃣ Clean/front squat 15 reps
2️⃣ 20” box jump 1min
3️⃣ Push up crossed climbers burpee to hanging leg rises 1min

1️⃣ Back Squat 5x10 in 1.5 rep fashion. As shown in video perform one partial rep from the bottom to the half and then go down again perform one full rep that’s 1 (it will burn don’t hate me)
2️⃣ Reverse Lunges with slider to good mornings 4x12
3️⃣ Single leg abduction resting leg holds tension in squat position 4x1min (30 seconds each leg)
4️⃣ Leg extensión 4x10-20 first 10 reps single leg resting leg waits on iso hold then 20 reps both legs.

First of all, consider that this physique is what I want and what I like and love to feel like! Healthy and athletic, my nutrition and my type of training is crafted towards this. Many times I’ve been criticized by my breast size or by being too “skinny” or needing more muscle or even fat here and there, you name it.

We often see posts about it on social media, reflecting different types of images of a look out of shape and of a look for an insta photo encouraging people to embrace both looks and feel happy about them! However, I feel like many people are failing to understand you cannot achieve love without respect!

First; you need to RESPECT yourself before achieving LOVE for yourself! And in MY opinion a great way to achieve that RESPECT is setting goals and conquering them! From dropping a few pounds to getting ready for a competition, or totally transforming your body and lifestyle! You name it!

You can read all you want in those posts and it might make you feel better for a while but you have to know you are putting a BAND AID where you should be doing a major overhaul to heal your mind and spirit!

Actions towards that change will lead you to really feeling like a strong capable woman! And you won’t ever feel down about the negativity around yourself or the negativity that might come from social media to real life! Because the feeling of accomplishment and confidence of being capable to grow and change is what will make you feel love for yourself and not a cheesy post of real life vs Instagram. 💕
