I suffer from IBS= irritable bowel syndrome.
When I was a kid, I often had this really bad tummy pain but doctors couldn't find anything... Eventually, some doctor told us about IBS and he described me medication I had to take 3 times a day for my whole life. But actually the medication didn't do much for me, I still had a lot of symptoms... So few years ago I started searching for other solutions! A plantbased diet was mentioned many times and as I was allready thinking about going vegan for so many reasons, this convinced me completely! Honestly, this was the best choice in my life! 🙌🏼 In a few weeks, my IBS symptoms were almost completely gone! 🎉 + I had so much energy, I slept better and lost some weight without really being on a diet or even exercising back then!
So my point is, if you're having health problems, specially digestive issues, try this plantbased lifestyle! You have nothing to lose! Plants are so healing for our body! Just give it at chance! Btw, in my bowl: spinach leaves with pumpkinseeds, sunflowerseeds, green peas, almonds, french beans, brocolli and red kidneybeans! I sprinkled some nutritional yeast as allways and ate it together with some hummus! 👌🏼 Have a nice evening everyone! 😘
