So after what feels like a lifetime in the library (a year and half shift), I've finally finished studying and passed my MSc in Sports Performance!
Having always wanted to work within strength and conditioning, I am lucky (worked hard) enough to now be working with elite and international level rugby players.
Through my journey so far I have met, worked alongside and learned from some of the most knowledgeable people in field including; an Olympic level sprinter, an ex-professional rugby player and an elite level natural bodybuilder. These people have completely changed my perspective and stance on training!
With majority of my work taking place in the evenings - I am opening up a few personal training slots in the mornings, daytime and a few limited spots late evening!
This is available to people of all levels and with all training needs!
