Was sentenced to death by volume after these singles. Bar whip got me a little here, but I felt like I had 3-4 more reps easily, felt light on my back. @mp_deadlifts said to cut it here, but the next couple weeks I'll be squatting heavier. Hit some decent singles at 315 with bench. #rekt

Wowowhappy 15 lb PR for squat with 245- so excited. When starting these programs my goal was to hit 255 and within months I'm almost there. No PR for bench but by far the best 115 has moved. Lastly, a PR for deads with 260. Not super happy with the lack of progress but a PR is a PR😍😍 Now spring break here I come❀❀

***NEW PR*** Last night I hit 385lbs for a heavy single on squat!! I am so excited. It looked brutal on this, but this was also my 8th total set of squats LOL
