Ok, let's grow. The workout : after a nice active warm up and a few leg extensions/curl activation sets.
1-🔥 Squat, 8 sets : 16;14;10;6;6;2;8;12 reps, video is the 7th set
2-🔥Sumo deadlift, slow eccentric tempo (3sec on the way down) 5sets;8reps
3-🔥TRISET 4 TOTAL SETS
A- Close stance legpress x15+ normal stance legpress x10-15
B- Single leg stiff leg deadlift KB (or db) x10 each side
C- Weighted Sissysquat variation x10 + 10-15 bodyweight
4-🔥 Sumo kb weighted squat 3 sets ; 20-30reps keeping tension/ not extending all the way up
5-🔥 FINISHER- DB walking lunges 2 sets ; 50 reps/steps

Still can't move any 'big weights' due to tiny injuries, so I train less😪 and only do short/high intensity sess at the moment. Allows me to burn shit loads-use my muscles-improve endurance and trust me it leaves me dying every single time😵😁.

The session - 🕛 16mins AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) keeping good reps at all time, not rushing anything)
1🔸️Elevated feet plank, single arm row x5 on each side (Im still working to improve this one, can't have my legs any closer yet, proper killer😵.) You can just elevate them as you can- on a bench or lower on the wall ..etc..
2🔸️Renegade row to push up, clean and press x5 I alternated close and wide feet stance on each round
3🔸️ Single arm overhead KB lunge x20 steps each arm
4🔸️Explosive reverse wallball throw x5 👉Repeat for 16mins non stop. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Toujours impossible de soulever de grosse charges à causes de mes petites blessures. Du coup, je m'entraine moins :( et fait des séances plus courte de haute intensité. Ca me permet de continuer à bruler un max-utiliser tous les muscles de mon corps- améliorer mon endurance, et crois moi j'en chie quand meme à chaque séance 🤢😁.

La séance c'est 🕛16mins AMRAP - autant de round que possible en 16mins, NON STOP en gardant la forme impec tous le long!!

Haven't trained "my muscles" or bodybuilding style for the past 2 / 3 weeks, due to my minor trap injury that is already much better, I can do everything just can't move any "serious" weight that's all.

Still training and doing my best, today's menu was around 1hr workout (and 45mins stretching later on during the day)
1🔸️ - 30mins of gymnastics/handstanding/walking and practising stuff like the video
2🔸️Push press + Pull ups 21-15-9 reps, non stop
3🔸️ 10mins AMRAP skipping rope 60 + 10 barbbell overhead squat + 20 elevated feet shoulder taps, non stop for 10mins
4🔸️leg raises x20 + sit ups x20 + abs roller x20 repeat x3

1🔸️ Wallball jump and throw x5 on each side. Ball is 5kg
2🔸️2 Power ball throw x5 ways (10 throws in total) alternate arm. Ball is 10kg
3🔸️Dumbbell snatch x10 total, alternate hands
▶️This is 1 round.
You can rest if you really need to, BUT the goal is to do as many round as you can within the 15mins non stop. I suggest you don't go too fast too soon, mistake I have made ..😂

If you are in a busy gym, for the 2🔸️ you can simply throw it against a wall right in front and do 10 high knees every 2 throw..💪

3🔸️ Snatch haltère x10 total, alterne mains chaque répétition.
Je te conseille de gérer ton énergie et de ne pas aller trop vite dès le début, ou tu va le regretter 😂 .

🕧15mins EMOM training (every minute on the minute) **explained
1🔸️Barbbell clean+front squats x15
2🔸️Thruster x15
3🔸️Power clean x15
**👉You basically complete your 15 reps within the minute, rest during the remaining time. You go on to the second exercise and so on for 15mins non stop, 15sets basically.
Eg. If it takes you 40secs to do the 15 reps, you will have 20s rest before the second exercise/minute starts. (Aim for at least 20s rest)

Make sure you choose the weight wisely, and don't rush the reps too much, the form should always stay on point. If you start struggling, slow down/adjust rep ranges/weight.

👉En gros, tu fais les 15reps au début de la minute et tu te repose sur le temps qu'il te reste. Tu enchaine l'exercice d'après et etc pour 15mins/ donc 15 série non stop.
Ex: si tu as mis 40s à faire tes 15 reps, il te reste donc 20s de repos avant d'enchaîner le 2eme exo. (Il faut essayer d'avoir au moins 20s)

💪Fait attention à bien choisir ton poids, et essaye de ne pas bâcler les reps, la forme doit toujours rester au top. Si tu commences à galérer, ralentis ou ajuste les reps (12 au lieu de 15..) ou poids !! Tag ton/ta partner et essayez moi ça, c'est drôle vous verrez 😈

So I'd given myself 12 weeks to bulk up, all planned out. Im on my 3rd week, was going wonderfully well and BAAM.

Bad newsss🖕😂 I have a slight either tendonitis/trapped muscle/tear... (Okok no idea but Im getting it checked this week haha) on my right upper trap. Feels like a constant sort of cramp, tensed muscle 24/7. Can barely do anything in the gym comfortably.

I'm the wooorst when it comes to injury even small one like this. I can't help it but suddenly become a negative lil bitch, which I HATE 😂 !! Either all in or nothing kinda guy lol. So I ve been a bitch for the past few days and now Im back to being Ugo😂.

Truth is, It's not that big of a deal, there is so much worse in life and also it's just a tiny injury that WILL heal, It really is just a matter of time. One lil step backward for 2 steps forward. Shit don't always go the way you planned it, C'EST LA VIE. Let's man/women the fuck up and plan something else 😁💪

The gym isn't the only option to be active and feel good, get an outdoor sess, go swimming, climbing, cycling, change your bed sheets.. (thats tough though😰 lol). Anything is something 💪
