Implementing this one in my routine to switch it up from standing barbell press. A killer one.

Using only 32kg dumbbells on each arm doing sets of 6, felt 2x heavier than an equal weight with a barbell 😁 also felt more side delt activation using DB, just awesome so will stick to it for a while.

I usually mix it up with seated and standing, but I'm really enjoying doing it standing lately even though we're able to move much more weight seated I personally love the angle that the standing movement gives, also working on all those stabilizer and core muscles.

Was only 70kg on this pic, about 2 years and half/3 summers ago before those holidays trying out some swimming suit and couldn't resist that lighting πŸ˜πŸ™„. Been bulking since then, up and downs etc obviously its been a long time with a lot of things but now chasing the 90kg (don't really care about the number, is just to give an idea) by February before cutting down again.

Couldn't fit it all but the last one is my new favorite finisher.

Going really high reps on this one about 30reps, stretching it all the way and squeezing hard on top. Really light so all about that mind to muscle connection and really finishing off those muscles. Back being exhausted at this point.

Did the lateral raises supported on a slightly incline bench, making sure I can't cheat at all really focusing on bringing them elbows up and feeling this lateral delt working. 3seconds on the way down, 1second holding the contraction on the way up (vid is sped up) . Well its awesome, burn is insane, had to lower the weight twice😁 TRY IT!

Low/moderate weight, high volume leg sess from yesterday. This set was my last and 5th set on the leg press, going to complete failure, after being on failure on other exercises before. Yeah, lactic acid was real on this one haha.

At my heaviest ever (still not my fattest though 😚) , holding quite a lot of fat in my back and pretty much.. Well literally everywhere now 😁but gains are definitely being made, fat gain is kept to a minimum.

This suits me perfectly right now, but if I wanted less carbs I would lower the pasta, less fat I would cut out the avocado, easy πŸ˜€

I'm not vegan or anything, but I noticed that I tend to eat healthier when I have to replace the meat, forces me to eat more complete and balanced, also its good to mix things up, and if I can save some animals in the process I'm all in πŸ˜€πŸ‘Œ but that's just me!

Did 4 sets of 6 each arm trying to NOT use any momentum/explosive power from the legs, focusing on the shoulders as much as I could.

Bulk is going well, strength and size definitely came back, at 85kg bodyweight, on the road to 90 or close by February before cutting down all this faaat ( that I cherish so much πŸ€—πŸ’)
