So for this week’s fun tip….READ YOUR LABELS 🔍. If you can’t pronounce it…you probably shouldn’t eat it!😬
We have all heard of the wonderful additive called MSG right? Something added to foods to make things taste fresh and the flavor bold? Besides increasing the taste, it will also increase the chances of cardiac and kidney problems, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease and other things such as obesity, headaches, moodiness, depression and WAY more. ☠️
Another not so fun fact is that there are handfuls of disguised names on our food labels for MSG or related to MSG. Crazy huh?!?!
